LinkedIn is the most popular social networking site for professionals. Vincos has put together information about the 7- year old company in the form of an infographic. The information is specifically interesting to B2B marketers who wish to use LinkedIn as an advertising platform.

LinkedIn has almost 70 million members in more than 200 countries. U.S.A., India, and U.K are the countries with highest number of users. There are more men using the social networking site than women with 51% of users between the age group of 25-34 years. While the most represented industries in the site are hi-tech (16%), finance (12%), and manufacturing (10%), the most common job functions were engineering (15%), sales (11%), and administrative (9%).
